To join AAM you need to download the application package, complete it, and then fax it to (972) 669-8180. There are two different options for downloading the document. You may download it as a compressed Microsoft Word document or an Adobe Acrobat file.

If you wish to use the Acrobat version, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0. It is free to download and easy to install and use.
